Artwork Requirements
Guidelines for submitting logos, artwork, and print-ready files.
Please review the artwork requirements below before submitting your design files for production.
1. Accepted File Formats
Please supply artwork files in one of the following formats.
Corel Draw (CDR)
Preferred format.
All text must be converted to outlines/curves.
EPS or PDF
Prepress files accepted.
All text must be converted to outlines/curves.
Adobe Illustrator (AI)
AI v3 format accepted.
All text must be converted to outlines/curves.
2. Technical Information
Text & Paths
Convert all text and paths to curves/outlines before sending files.
Colour Mode
Artwork files must be supplied in CMYK colour mode (not RGB).
Vector Files
Vector graphics can be scaled without losing quality. Preferred formats include EPS, PDF, AI, and CDR.
Raster Image Resolution
Colour and greyscale images should be 300dpi (350dpi maximum).
Mono Bitmap Resolution
Mono raster/bitmap files should be 1200dpi maximum.
Deep Black Colours
Avoid four-colour blacks. Add 30–50% Cyan to 100% Black for deeper black tones.
3. Artwork Guidelines
Use Vector Artwork Where Possible
Vector artwork produces cleaner and more accurate printing results.
Supply PDF
Proofs
PDF proofs help avoid appearance changes between software programs.
Pantone Colours
For artwork using 3 colours or fewer, Pantone Spot Colours (Pantone CVC if possible) are recommended.
Correct Image
Sizing
Photos and raster images should be supplied at final print size and 300dpi resolution.
4. File Submission Information
Email attachments must be less than 5MB.
For larger artwork files, please contact us for assistance before sending files.
5. Proofing & Colour Matching
A proof may be supplied before production for approval.
Due to variations in printing processes, viewing conditions, and colour perception, exact PMS colour matching cannot always be guaranteed. Minor colour variations between proofs and final products may occur and are considered acceptable within standard printing tolerances.

Convert fonts to outlines
